A facility, constructed in 1985 to accommodate out-of-town cancer patients during their treatment follow-up, has been identified for renovation.

An assessment of the facility reveals its considerable deterioration, with current occupants highlighting the need for urgent improvements. The facility was originally designed to serve underprivileged members of society.

The facility comprises eight rooms with a total of twenty beds, along with four toilets and two bathrooms. It includes a waiting room, a common room, and a completely collapsed kitchen space. Furthermore, there is a small water tank that is insufficient to meet the needs of the residents. The facility also lacks appropriate hospital-grade mattresses and bedding.
